If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to the following terms:
Other Information (defined above) that BBBI collects generally will not personally identify you or be correlated to you individually for external purposes. We may collect, compile, store, publish, promote, report, sell, or otherwise disclose or use any Other Information for any legal purpose. For example, BBBI may share such Other Information publicly and with our Marketing Partners (defined below) – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites, to demonstrate trends in the use of our Services and for other purposes.
Where BBBI combines Other Information with Personal Information in a way that can identify you or be used to identify you personally, we will treat that information as Personal Information, subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
We are committed to maintaining your trust, and we want you to understand when and with whom we may share the information we collect.
When you register a child for the Kids Bowl Free program, you will be asked to select your preferred bowling center(s) (each, a “Preferred Center”). You may have other opportunities to register for program events in which you also designate a Preferred Center. You may also have the opportunity to opt-in to receive text alerts from your Preferred Center.
By selecting a Preferred Center, you are agreeing to provide your Personal Information to such Preferred Center and that such a Preferred Center may collect, use, and share your data in accordance with its privacy procedures. BBBI has no control over the privacy practices and policies of any Preferred Center. You should review any privacy policy or notice made available by any such Preferred Center before you select it when you register for Kids Bowl Free.
We may share aggregate, anonymous, or deidentified information with third parties without restriction, including for their marketing or analytics uses.
We may share your Personal Information with third-party vendors, contractors and service providers (“Service Providers”) that provide business, professional or technical support functions, assistance in operating our business, or other activities in support of the Services or our businesses, including payment processing, Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging, and website functionality. Our Service Providers are not authorized to use your Personal Information for purposes other than those related to the services they are providing to us.
From time to time, we may offer sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions (each, a “Promotion”) through the Services. If you enter a Promotion, we may disclose your Personal Information to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, as required by law or as permitted by the Promotion’s official rules or this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose Personal Information to those companies (“Affiliates”) that are under common control of our parent company or within our family of companies, if applicable, and our marketing and business partners (“Marketing Partners”) for business, operational, promotional, marketing, or other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. For example, these Affiliates or Marketing Partners may send you information about events and products by mail or e-mail.
BBBI may partner or associate with select third parties (each a “Co-Branded Party”) to provide content, website pages, services or other offerings within our Services on a joint or "co-branded" basis (each, a “Co-Branded Service”).
By providing Personal Information on or through a Co-Branded Service involving BBBI and one or more Co-Branded Parties, you agree that you are providing such Personal Information to both BBBI and each of the Co-Branded Parties without any other notice or further consent. IBBBI may share information with these third parties if you participate in a co-branded, co-sponsored, or jointly presented promotion, survey, voting feature, or service. BBBI may share Personal Information with Co-Branded Parties if you sign up to receive information or updates regarding our projects via a Co-Branded Service or otherwise participate in a Co-Branded Service or other jointly presented feature.
BBBI has no control over, or responsibility for, the practices of such Co-Branded Parties with respect to their collection, use or storage of Personal Information. These Co-Branded Parties may have privacy policies that differ from our own, so you should review these policies carefully to understand their information practices and your options. You may avoid sharing your Personal Information with these third parties by choosing not to register or use the relevant feature.
We may share your Personal Information with select companies that we believe may have offers of interest to you.
We may sell or purchase assets during the normal course of our business. If another company acquires BBBI, or any parent company or Affiliates, or if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against BBBI, any parent company or Affiliates, your Personal Information may be an asset of BBBI that can be sold or transferred. Please note that an entity receiving such information in connection with one of these transactions may not comply with all of the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We do not “sell” your Personal Information in the traditional sense. However, some U.S. privacy laws define “sell” very broadly. In certain states, “sell” can include disclosing personal information to another company for money or other valuable consideration (not just cash). Because of these definitions, our use of online analytics, advertising cookies, or ad tech partners may be considered a “sale”.
We may disclose your Personal Information at the request of governmental authorities or investigators or to verify or enforce compliance with our internal policies and applicable laws. We may share your Personal Information when we are investigating potential fraud, including fraud we suspect has happened during a sweepstakes or other promotion.
We may share your Personal Information whenever we believe disclosure is necessary to limit our liability or to protect or enforce the rights, interests or safety of our Services, our users or others.
We may disclose your Personal Information to the government or third parties to comply with the law, applicable regulations, subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement requests, legal claims, government or quasi-government inquiries, or other legal process, for example, in connection with suspected illegal activity associated with the Services or our businesses and to protect against harm to BBBI, any parent company, Affiliates, users, or the public.
If we are legally compelled to disclose your Personal Information to a third party, we will attempt (if permitted by law) to notify you at the e-mail address in our records (if any). BBBI reserves the right to release Personal Information collected through the Services to law enforcement or other government officials, as we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion.
We may share information for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or pursuant to your consent or direction.
If you access Social Networks through the Services to log in to the Services or to share information about your experience on the Services with others, these Social Networks may be able to collect Personal Information about you, including information about your activity on the Services, and they may notify your connections on the Social Networks about your use of the Services, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
When you use the Services, you could be directed to other websites, applications or services (together “Third-Party Sites”), for example, by "clicking" on banner advertisements, links from advertisers, sponsors and Marketing Partners (including those who may advertise the Services as part of a Co-Branding Service).
BBBI has no control over, and therefore no responsibility for, the data collection and privacy practices of Third-Party Sites, which may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads. When you visit such Third-Party Sites, you are bound by their privacy policies, which you should review to understand their information practices.
Of course, if you choose to engage in public activities relating to the Services on any Social Networks or Third-Party Sites, you should be aware that any information you share there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these areas. You should use caution in disclosing Personal Information while participating in these areas. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these public areas.
BBBI has implemented reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards designed to help protect Personal Information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.
Of course, the Internet is not 100% secure and we cannot promise that your use of our Services will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. We keep Personal Information as long as necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by law.
If you believe that your BBBI account or any information you provided to us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately using any of the methods provided below.
You may opt out of receiving general and marketing e-mails via the “unsubscribe” link in such e-mails. If you receive marketing communications from any parent company or other Affiliates, you must opt out individually from the specific entity from which you are receiving brand-specific marketing communications.
You can also ask to be excluded from future marketing e-mails or ask us to delete your Personal Information by sending us an e-mail at privacy@kidsbowlfree.com. You may still receive transactional messages.
BBBI will process such instructions from you as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we are not responsible for the information practices of third parties (including without limitation our Service Providers or Marketing Partners) with whom we have already shared your Personal Information and we have no authority to remove Personal Information from their databases or require them to do so.
Likewise, nonaffiliated third parties like Preferred Centers are independent from BBBI and you will need to contact them directly to obtain information about your choices or exercise such options about any information they hold about you.
To manage and correct any factual inaccuracies in the information we have on file about you, please visit https://www.kidsbowlfree.com/login.php. You may then review and update your account information, adjust certain privacy preferences, exercise some control over who you share your Personal Information with through your account, opt out of certain BBBI-offered features, adjust how your profile and related information appears to others, and exercise choice regarding certain other account options.
When you use the Services, BBBI strives to provide you with access to your Personal Information to the extent feasible. If that information is wrong, BBBI will attempt to offer you options for quickly updating or deleting it – unless BBBI needs to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. For your protection, when you seek to update your Personal Information, BBBI may require you to verify your identity before BBBI can act on such request.
BBBI may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), threaten the privacy of others, or are extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems).
Where BBBI can provide information access and modification or deletion, BBBI will endeavor to do so without charge, unless fulfilling the request would require a disproportionate effort by BBBI.
We may retain original and updated information for reasons such as technical constraints, dispute resolution, compliance with laws, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and enforcement of our terms of use and other agreements, or any other reason consistent with this Privacy Policy.
BBBI constantly strives to maintain the Services in a secure manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, if you delete information from the Services, BBBI may not immediately delete residual copies from its active servers and may not remove information from its backup systems.
In addition, to the extent that the Services facilitate the sharing of information with other people, remember that information you share publicly may be indexable by search engines.
If you delete your User Content from the Services, copies of your User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Services. Proper access and use of information provided on our Services, including User Content, is governed by our Terms of Use, although for EU/EEA based individuals this does not prejudice your mandatory rights under EU Protection Law (see EU Privacy Notice below).
You may be able to refuse or disable cookies, including cookies associated with the Services, by adjusting your web browser settings. Consult the instructions provided by your web browser (typically in the “help” section). With respect to email pixels, you can disable images in your e-mail client or unsubscribe using links in our e-mails.
However, please keep in mind that many of our features (such as remembering your preferences) may not function properly if your cookies are disabled. Also, if you block or delete cookies, not all of the tracking activities we have described in this Privacy Policy will stop. Choices you make are both browser and device-specific.
You can learn more about cookies, see what cookies have been set on your computing device and learn how to manage and delete them by visiting https://allaboutcookies.org.
You can also control tools on your mobile devices. For example, you can turn off the GPS locator or push notifications on your mobile device. Each push notification has an “unsubscribe” link.

Other states, like Utah and Iowa, provide a narrower set of rights. For California and Nevada residents, please see the separate California and Nevada notices in this policy.
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us at privacy@kidsbowlfree.com. For all requests, you must provide us with your name and email address. For requests involving specific pieces of personal information or more sensitive data, we may require additional matching information or ask you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer making the request. If you have requested that we correct your Personal Information, we may contact you to request additional information about the Personal Information that you believe is inaccurate, including supporting documentation. We will not require you to create a new account or provide more information than is reasonably necessary to verify your request.
Some state laws allow you to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, you must send a signed, written authorization to us at privacy@kidsbowlfree.com. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity. If we cannot verify your identity with the information available, we may be unable to fulfill your request. In that case, we will explain why.
If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed 90 calendar days from the date of your receipt of our response. You may exercise your appeal rights by emailing us at privacy@kidsbowlfree.com. Please include your full name, the basis for your appeal, and any additional information to consider. You may also contact your state attorney general.
We engage in online advertising practices (and certain analytics or similar activities) for targeted advertising and cross-context behavioral advertising. To turn off targeted and behavioral advertising through cookies, please visit the Kids Bowl Free website and select DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION button located at the bottom of the web page and ensure that Targeting cookies are disabled. Please note that we may not be readily able to associate your Personal Information with your IP address or Device ID.
If you have enabled an opt-out preference signal on your browser or extension that can be recognized by our Sites, we will honor such requests by disabling Analytics and Advertising cookies. Please note that we may not be readily able to associate an opt-out preference signal with other Personal Information such as your email address. You will also only be opted out of online targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising and will need to turn it on for each browser you use. Refer to the “Exercising Your Rights” above if you would like to extend your opt-out request beyond the online advertising practices described above.
As noted above, the Services may contain links to content maintained by third parties that we do not control. We may allow third parties, including Marketing Partners and other business partners, advertising networks, and other advertising service providers, to collect information about your online activities through cookies, pixels, local storage, and other technologies.
These third parties may use this information to display advertisements on our Services and elsewhere online tailored to your interests, preferences, and characteristics. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
The advertisements on the Services may be provided by us, or they may be provided by a third-party vendor. These advertisements may be targeted, which means that advertisers want to reach a certain type of audience, and your information may be used in order to serve advertisements about products and services that may be of interest to you.
Some third parties collect information about users of our Services to provide interest-based advertising on our Services and elsewhere, including across browsers and devices. These third parties may use the information they collect on our Services to make predictions about your interests in order to provide you ads (from us and other companies) across the Internet.
Some of these third parties may participate in an industry organization that gives users the opportunity to opt out of receiving ads that are tailored based on your online activities.
Due to differences between using apps and websites on mobile devices, you may need to take additional steps to disable targeted ad technologies in mobile apps. Many mobile devices allow you to opt out of targeted advertising for mobile apps using the settings within the mobile app or your mobile device. For more information, please check your mobile settings.
You also may uninstall our apps using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or app marketplace. If you opt out, you will still receive advertisements, but they may not be as relevant to you and your interests, and your experience on our Services may be degraded.
In some instances, we and advertisers on the Services work with ad networks and analytics providers which use cookies or other online technologies to collect information about your online activity such as type of pages viewed and categories of interests.
Many third-party vendors that that perform these functions are members of the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance, and you can opt out of those vendors’ delivery of targeted advertising to you by visiting https://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp and https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
For additional information about the use of cookies and other technologies to deliver more relevant advertising and to understand your choices with respect to the collection and use of such data by third-party tools, visit Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative. We do not control any of the above opt-out links and are not responsible for the continued availability or accuracy of these mechanisms.
Choices you make are both browser and device-specific. Some web browsers, mobile devices, and plug-ins have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. These features are not yet uniform across browsers. Our Services are not currently set up to respond to those signals.
BBBI, has developed this Child Privacy Notice to inform you about our information collection practices and policies regarding Personal Information about your children that you provide to BBBI through the Services. BBBI collects Personal Information from parents about their children through the Services to provide parents and children with access to the benefits that the parents have requested. You are sharing Personal Information with BBBI when you register yourself and your children through certain portions of the Services.
Only parents may register their children on the Services; therefore, BBBI does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
When you provide Personal Information about yourself and your children through certain portions of the Services, that information is collected and maintained by BBBI and, depending on the functionality of the service or program, by third parties under contract with BBBI. Those third parties are contractually obligated to keep such Personal Information confidential and secure.
If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of thirteen (13), who you believe has provided BBBI with personally identifiable information through the Services, please e-mail us at Privacy@kidsbowlfree.com so that we can delete the child's information from our records.
Please contact us if you have any questions about our Child Privacy Notice.
You should never disclose or allow access to your password to anyone who is not authorized to access your or your children's Personal Information. Passwords should always be kept confidential. In the interest of protecting your account security, BBBI recommends that you change your password on a regular basis and immediately if you suspect that your account security has been jeopardized.
This English-language Privacy Policy is BBBI’s official statement of BBBI’s privacy practices with respect to the Services. In case of any inconsistency between this English-language Privacy Policy and its translation into any other language, this English-language document will take precedence over such translation.
We exclusively market and sell our Services to North America-based organizations and individuals. Even though we do not intentionally collect information about EU residents, some EU residents' data may be inadvertently collected through marketing channels or by virtue of our customers’ legitimate use of our Services. Collection and storage of any EU resident's data by us is minimal and incidental. No such data is used for marketing or any other purpose.
We use strictly necessary cookies to provide the Services you request (performance of a contract/legitimate interests). We use non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics, advertising) with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time as noted above in the section entitled “What are my choices?”
Further, as noted above, we do not intentionally collect information from individuals under 18 years of age, regardless of their residency. Incidental exposure to this information may be possible if, for example, our customers upload this information to one of our Services or it is inadvertently captured by our marketing department or organization.
